“Ken Ludwig’s Dear Jack, Dear Louise”

U.S. Army Captain Jack Ludwig, a military doctor stationed in Oregon, begins writing to Louise Rabiner, an aspiring actress and dancer in New York City, hoping to meet her someday if the war will allow. But as the war continues, it threatens to end their relationship before it even starts. Tony Award-winning playwright Ken Ludwig tells the joyous, heartwarming story of his parents’ courtship during World War II and the results are anything but expected.

“One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest”

After being convicted of a petty crime, a charming, rebellious rogue named McMurphy contrives to serve his short sentence in an airy mental institution rather than in a prison. This, he soon learns, was a mistake. He immediately clashes with the authoritarian head nurse, Nurse Ratched. Despite Ratched’s strict reign, McMurphy quickly takes over the yard, leading others out of introversion, staging a revolt so that they can see the World Series on television, and arranging a rollicking midnight party with liquor and women. But McMurphy’s brash insubordination will have its consequences.

Woe falls upon Chuck Wagon’s wagon train, stranded in the notorious Whistling Skull Rock outside the tiny town of Vinegar Bottle, famed for its “I’m O.K. You’re O.K. Corral” and crawling with villains and bandits! This fast-paced spoof of the Old West is filled with a goofy stable of hilarious characters: our trailblazin’ hero, Chuck Wagon; our sweet heroine, Candy Cane; and the villainous crooked card dealer, Smiling Slade Clagget. The wagon train gets robbed by the mysterious outlaw known as “The Snake,” but Chuck is accused of being the bandit through a crazy plot twist. Proving his innocence isn’t easy… but it is a hoot and you’ll experience the hysterical best of the west!
“Sex Please We’re Sixty”

Mrs. Stancliffe’s Rose Cottage Bed & Breakfast has been successful for many years. Her guests (nearly all women) return year after year. Her next-door neighbor, the elderly, silver-tongued Bud “Bud the Stud” Davis, believes they come to spend time with him in romantic liaisons. The prim and proper Mrs. Stancliffe steadfastly denies this but really doesn’t do anything to prevent it. She reluctantly accepts the fact that “Bud the Stud” is, in fact, good for business. Her other neighbor and would-be suitor, Henry Mitchell, is a retired chemist who has developed a blue pill called “Venusia,” after Venus the goddess of love, to increase the libido of menopausal women. The pill has not been tested. Add to the guest list three older women: Victoria Ambrose, a romance novelist whose personal life seems to be lacking in romance; Hillary Hudson, a friend of Henry’s who has agreed to test the Venusia; and Charmaine Beauregard, a “Southern Belle” whose libido does not need to be increased! Bud gets his hands on some of the Venusia pills, and the fun begins as he attempts to entertain all three women!

An engrossing and revealing “inside” story of life in New York‘s theatre world, told in terms of an unscrupulous ingenue’s rise to Broadway stardom. The play follows Eve Harrington, a devoted fan who inserts herself into the life of actress Margo Crane. As Eve gets more and more entangled in Margo‘s life, her intentions are revealed to be not as pure as they seemed.
